Epoch & Evolve. The Launch.

December 6, 2012

We had the privilege of working with Epoch Studio Salon and Evolve on behalf of Ben Mahoney Productions to celebrate the launch of these two FABULOUS companies! This was such a fun event to produce for a group of really hard working, talented and overall AWESOME people! We often work with BMP, Epoch and Evolve, so it really was such a pleasure to be able to return the favor and work with them to produce their launch event! To learn more about them, watch the AWESOME films that Ben Mahoney and his talented team created about Epoch and Evolve…(just click on the names!)

From the get go, the team was really dedicated to creating an event that had a fun, positive energy while highlighting the many talents of Stephanie Mueller, Beth Stock and the entire salon as well as the bridal hair and makeup teams at Epoch, while simultaneously celebrating and highlighting the editorial and personal styling talent that is Jessi Sheehan and Evolve. We were so fortunate to not only have great clients for this event, but an absolutely fantastic vendor lineup who really added the most fabulous details to the event that ultimately accomplished exactly what it set out to – celebrate with friends, family and supporters of Epoch, Evolve and BMP as well as introduce them to new audiences.

The jam packed Launch Party took place at  Prairie Production on November 15th and Ben Mahoney Productions along with Epoch Studio Salon and Evolve pulled out the stops for their guests!! Boutique Bites provided that amazing food for the evening, including mini cheeseburgers and hotdogs, delicious chicken & waffle bites and the most fabulous mini fish tacos!

Amy DiTomasso of Sugar Chic Designs provided guests an opportunity to indulge their sweet tooth with a swanky sweets display – split into two sides – one dedicated and inspired by Epoch and one inspired by Evolve! The table included one of our favorites from truffle truffle – the beer and pretzel cigars – YUM! We LOVED all of the props and fashion books on the table AND we especially loved the Chanel linen from BBJ – it had such texture and volume and really added that final swanky detail! Flair Designery did a FABULOUS job on the printed collateral!

Ryan Turner of Stemline, Creative created some absolutely gorgeous floral that added the perfect touch to the festive, yet simple and chic decor – our favorite piece was on the glow bar from automated lighting design!

Oak Street Design provided some really fun lighting that played into the “studio” look and feel of the event…one of our favorite  elements of the event was the installation design collaboration between Oak Street and Sugar Chic, featuring floral from Stemline, Creative…LOVED the fashion sketches on the mirror!

Al Okyne of Okyne Media lab along with DJ violin brought the awesome grooves (as always!), and Revae Schneider of Femme Du Coupe provided libations in the form of a winter spice punch that was TO DIE FOR!

Special thanks to Carasco Photography for covering the event!
