Max’s Bar Mitzvah Brunch

October 21, 2011

From the Orange Carnation Basketball centerpieces to the custom designed and decorated Chicago Bull’s Rice Krispie Pop’s, Max’s Bar Mitzvah Brunch was a slam dunk!!!

A few weekends ago the MDE team planned a Bar Mitzvah Brunch for a dear client’s Grandson. Giselle wanted to throw a day-after Bar Mitzvah Brunch at her home for her grandson, Max. The event brought together friends and family to celebrate the ‘coming of age’ for Max. Giselle wanted this event to be simple, colorful, and fun!

The decor, designed by Exquisite Designs, was just that. Colorful & FUN! To go along with the Chicago Bull’s theme that Max choose, Alex of Exquisite Designs, created basketball centerpieces made from orange carnations and even a basketball player making a basket into a hoop!

Family and friends enjoyed an Omelet station, build your own pancake and waffle station, as well as a bagel and mini-pastry station, from Phil Stefani Events. The adult guests enjoyed a Bloody Mary and Mimosa bar while the children enjoyed Max’s signature drink, the Arnold Palmer. Max and his friends indulged in sweet treats, which were displayed on a vibrant and colorful candy buffet, from Fancy Candies & Sweet Buffets. The candy tables theme was of course, The Chicago Bull’s, and included everything from Chicago Bull’s rice krispie treat pops to licorice, taffy, cupcakes and basketball cookies.

And who better than to capture all of the fun on film but our friends at Carasco Photography! (who provided all of the images above).
