With January comes New Year's resolutions, and like a lot of people, we have committed to become more active! With this Polar Vortex, it's not an easy task, but we have been having so much fun at Studio E! We have been working with Karina Davis, and she manages to challenge us every single day we see her! From hula hooping (which is MUCH harder than you would think!) to uphill sprints, we have been sweating this year!
Karina is a brilliant trainer and Studio E is a gorgeous space, but it gets even better, they have a masseuse on staff! Sarah Cathcart is amazing and can cure any pain or ailment you may have! She works with Karina to ensure that any imbalances you may have are strengthened during your workout, to ensure a quicker road to recovery.

January's tip was to drink a minimum of 40 ounces of water every day, and let me tell you, seeing her subtle reminders on Facebook definitely helped me! I can't wait to see what February's tip is!
