As event planners, we are constantly collaborating with top vendors whom are truly experts in what they do. Not only are they knowledgeable and creative, they have a viewpoint unlike any other noting the trends that come, that go… and creating brand new trends themselves! This week our ‘IN & OUT‘ series will hear from a few of our wedding professional friends. We can expect to hear the down and dirty truth about what is ‘in’ and what is ‘out’ as we begin the summer!

We believe in a modern approach to catering that brings restaurant quality dishes to every wedding, big or small. This includes creating creative, custom menus from ingredients that are local, fresh and seasonal. Paramount Events even has an Urban Garden which is our source for many herbs and edible flowers.

What’s IN for 2015?

Popsicles made with fresh fruit and seasonal ingredients. Fun, light cocktails using herbs or edible flowers from our urban garden. Grilling really brings out the flavors of fruit, vegetables and meats. See some of our favorites in the photos below! These are all delicious additions to your BBQ, picnic, or salads!
