A secret supper at the Ritz Carlton Chicago ✨

I was so thrilled to join Modern Luxury magazine with the Ritz Carlton to preview a new project that Torali, their steakhouse, has with Glenrothes, known for their complex, full and beautifully balanced Speyside Single Malt Scotch – for a secret menu preview! 

We were so lucky to experience Chef Franco’s tasting bites served alongside three unique pairings from Glenrothes. The Glenrothes x Torali Secret Bites Menu Experience includes such an interesting combination of flavors! And to make the evening even more special, Modern Luxury announced their partnership with Modern Wrist – a site where watch collectors and buy and sell timepieces.

Thank you Modern Luxury for such a special evening! The Ritz Carlton is one of Chicago’s classic luxury properties located within walking distance from Lake Michigan and the heart of the city! I absolutely love this property, and our secret supper was held in one of the smaller private event rooms at Torali which has such an elegant feel for intimate events.
