A room like this takes a small army of talented people who know how to work together.

Floral is installing as lighting is being perfected, catering is preparing for service, and every detail has to connect to the larger experience. There’s constant communication behind the scenes and a lot of trust in everyone doing what they do best.

By the time guests walk in, all of that work becomes one beautiful room, ready for dinner, conversation and a really great party ✨

Especially when it involves one very long table in the garden, chandeliers hanging overhead, and the kind of view that makes everyone consider extending their trip indefinitely.

I definitely did not take the traditional route to wedding planning. 😂

@gene_georgetti, @andiamofarm, political advance and eventually, weddings. Every chapter taught me something I still bring to @michelledurpettievents, especially when it comes to taking care of people and knowing how to handle a whole lot of moving parts.

Turns out, it all makes perfect sense together. 🤍

You know what nobody at this wedding was doing? Worrying about the rain.

They were drinking wine, passing pasta, cutting cake, smoking cigars, laughing under umbrellas and having a really fantastic time. Which is exactly what we wanted for them.

This entire celebration had to pivot indoors, and our clients trusted us completely when it did. There were plenty of logistics happening behind the scenes, but the guest experience remained the priority throughout.

A little rain in Firenze? Va bene. Pass the pasta. 🇮🇹🍝
