Spring Wedding at The Drake in Chicago
Happy Friday! As you prepare to enjoy the long holiday weekend, we thought we’d share this great #fbf post featuring a Spring MDE wedding with you.
Kayla and Terry had a chic spring wedding at one of Chicago’s most timeless venues, The Drake Hotel. The gold coast ballroom has long been a favorite of ours, and Kayla’s vision of fresh spring and romance came to life so beautifully.
We absolutely obsessed over her beautiful gown from Israeli designer, Michal Medina. Michelle has had the pleasure of meeting this talented designer and her family and has always loved the intricate details infused into each gown.
We fell in love with the unique ways family played such vital roles during this celebration; Kayla’s sisters sang and her dad played piano. A favorite highlight of the night consisted of their epic wedding dance. Did we mention that one of Kayla’s bridesmaids, Camilyn Beth, made the bridesmaid dresses! We so enjoyed everything about this wedding and are excited to share these great moments, captured by Peter Gubernat of Red + Olive, with you!
