Wedding Wednesday, MDE Couple Featured on Chicago Splash

We absolutely LOVE it when our couples are featured! Kayla and Terry were a dream to work with and were featured on Chicago Splash this past May.

“For Kayla Mannausa and Terry Kruger it was love at first “site”: They were each other’s first (and last) dates through Match.com.After meeting on the dating website and chatting online, the couple decided to have dinner at Adobo Grill (215 W. North) — and five and a half years later, he proposed there. Post-proposal, Kruger, 30, director of sales at technology servicer 3 points, whisked Mannausa to Canada. He surprised her with an engagement photoshoot at the fairytale-like Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel nestled in the heart of Banff National Park.

The couple added a touch of Hollywood to their “over-the-top romantic” wedding at The Drake Hotel (140 E. Walton) April 7. “We did the ‘Dirty Dancing’ [routine] and a portion of the lift,” says Mannausa, 30, aesthetician and marketing coordinator at Pinski Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery.
