Weddings are becoming immersive journeys, with events transitioning through multiple settings – like a garden cocktail hour leading to an elegant ballroom dinner. The variety keeps guests engaged and makes the celebration unforgettable. And that is such a vibe! We love to see the decor and the course of an event all contribute to guest experience.

Think structural, artful designs inspired by architecture. These statement pieces make a big impact without overwhelming the overall aesthetic.

Interactive dining experiences are taking center stage. From curated tasting menus to chef-hosted stations, guests get to enjoy a memorable and personalized culinary journey. We also love incorporating restaurant-inspired floor plans with a mix of different-sized tables, banquettes, and seating arrangements that create the intimacy and dynamic energy of a great dining experience.

4. Meaningful Locations That Are an Experience in Themselves

Choosing a destination with intention makes all the difference. We’ve spent the last year exploring some of the world’s most spectacular venues and can’t stop obsessing over properties like the Rosewood Miramar Beach and Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco in Tuscany. The Rocco Forte properties in Rome – the Hotel de Russie and Hotel de la Ville – create an extraordinary experience for couples, offering a seamless connection between two stunning venues in the heart of the Eternal City.

We remain forever fans of the Halekulani in Hawaii, where we worked several years ago, and of course, the Belmond properties in Sicily, which continue to inspire us. What’s next? We’re currently obsessed with Palermo and are dreaming of producing a wedding at Villa Egea. Location is everything! Choosing immersive destinations creates not only a memorable wedding day but also an unforgettable trip for your guests.

Great vendors bring more than just services – they bring energy, expertise, and a sense of partnership that make the planning process enjoyable and the event unforgettable.

2. Oversized Aisle Décor: This year is about understated elegance. Aisle decor should enhance the moment, not steal the spotlight.

3. Opulence for the Sake of Opulence: Going big just because you can has never made sense to us. We’re all about intentional design that tells a story and makes guests (and the couple!) feel something. This year, it’s all about creating meaning through design.

4. Singularly Candid Photography: While we love candid moments, weddings are multifaceted and deserve a mix of styles. Editorially inspired photography combined with candids and timeless portraits strikes the perfect balance, capturing the beauty, emotion, and story of the day in a comprehensive and compelling way.

5. Large Bridal Parties: We’re ready to say goodbye to overly large bridal parties. Smaller, more intimate groups take less time to organize on the day and create a more personal experience. You can still get ready with all your friends and enjoy those moments, but giving them the freedom to simply enjoy the celebration can be just as meaningful for everyone involved.

6. Single-Day Events: Weddings are stretching into multi-day celebrations, giving guests more time to connect and experience everything the couple has planned. If the after-party is epic and dancing goes into the wee hours, consider hosting a poolside BBQ the next afternoon instead of a morning brunch.
