Our very own, Michelle Durpetti, was recently nominated Social Event Planner of the Year for the 2012 BizBash Chicago Readers’ Choice Awards! This award is presented to an industry leader who consistently meets the needs of social clients through organizing, executing events such as weddings, bar or bat mitzvahs, private dinner parties, and so forth.

.Michelle has produced events with the likes of Terry O’Quinn from the hit ABC TV series Lost, Cindy Chiang, winner of The Amazing Race, Billie Jean King with the Tennis Opportunity Program, a DreamWorks film premiere, the Congressional Medal of Honor Society, Chicago Gateway Green, the Chicago Opera Theater, and more. She also produces the events for her family’s restaurant Gene & Georgetti, including the 70th Anniversary Film Premiere at Park West and weddings for clients at such sought after venues as the Chicago History Museum and The Palmer House among many more.
