Hello, Happy August, Buon Ferragosto
School is about to start again and summer is coming to an end – although it doesn’t feel that way with this heat does it?! It has been such a fast-paced summer for all of us, don’t you think? I saw a meme the other day that said “July went by in 8 minutes. Christmas is in two days” and I was laughing so hard!
While we ease on down the road of summer and towards four very special MDE weddings, I do want to take a moment and say a sincere thank you for the kind messages and well wishes for my horse, Jack. For those who don’t know, he sustained a rather catastrophic injury in May that led to a tough decision for an out-of-the-box surgical procedure to save his life. Jack sends his love and his heartfelt gratitude to all of you.
September holds a trip back to my beloved Florence as my husband, Collin, has a wedding and I get to just enjoy being there this time 🤩, a beautiful Wisconsin wedding and some over-the-top glam Chicago celebrations.
Our 2024 is shaping up in a most excellent way kicking off with some fabulous clients and we are so excited! In the meantime, if you are in Chicago and looking for a great way to enjoy summer with your four-legged pal while supporting a great cause, we are supporting PAWS Chicago all month with some fabulous cocktails and even a dog days of summer pups on the patio event on the 26th!
