New York Bridal Fashion Week, Fall 2019

With fall comes cooler temperatures, changing foliage, and one of our favorite moments of the year, New York Bridal Fashion Week! This season we saw a common thread of floral details, bold pops of color and chic short dresses to take brides from formal to reception ready seamlessly within the same collection. See below for a few of our favorite moments from the week captured by Collin Pierson Photography!

Anne Barge

Marking the 20th anniversary of the brand, Anne Barge debuted a stunning collection at fall New York Bridal Fashion Week that included dresses of varying lengths and sophisticated jumpsuits. In true Anne Barge fashion, the collection delivered designs made for the traditional bride but also featured elegant, more modern options such as a bell skirted mini dress and pearl embellished jumpsuit, taking brides from formal to reception-ready effortlessly.

Berta Bridal

Berta never fails to impress with bridal gowns that are both sexy and ethereal all rolled into one. Having mastered the art of the illusion gown, this collection included a range of dresses with both long and short sleeves, plunging necklines, and everything from crystal embellishments to feather detailed lining. As if we needed confirmation that the mini dresses are still in, Berta gifted us with a gorgeous silver sequin mini dress with a crystal neckline that was an absolute show stopper! We love the way that season after season Berta is able to remain true to their brand with fresh twists.

Inbal Dror

Dror explained, “I wanted to represent the aura a bride gives off on her wedding day,” and this sentiment is apparent throughout the sparkling collection debuted at Fall Fashion Week. Wearing halo-like hairpieces, the models drifted down the runway in angelic designs with deep v necklines and Dror’s signature flattering silhouettes. Several of the gowns even included lightly padded shoulders which gave a bold touch to the ultra-feminine designs.

Ines di Santo

Ines di Santo provided us with surprising pops of color and red-carpet-ready looks in this newest collection. The designer said this about the collection, “‘Under The Impression’ serves as a medium to the splendid Impressionist Art Movement, capturing the spirit of its magnificent transformation of color and texture, the shifting effect of light, and the magic of airy transparency.” With modern twists on classic silhouettes, bold colors, and chic short numbers, Ines di Santo continues to be unapologetically romantic.

Monique Lhuillier

With a common thread of florals, dramatic trains, and luxurious textures running through this collection, Monique Lhuillier presented seventeen romantic gowns, each unique yet unified. From a blush gown with a dramatic flowing tulle train to an intricate long sleeve lace gown in a floral motif, this fall collection is soft and romantic in all the best ways.
